We purchased our new Allegro Bus from Race Harrell. Race was a pleasure to work with. He is not a high pressure salesman. We talked with Race for over a year before finally deciding to purchase the motor home from Vogt. The coach was in excellent condition when we picked it up. Vogt went over all the systems on the coach before leaving. Financing went extremely well. I have had several questions since purchasing the coach. The Vogt personnel have been very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. - Paul
We have been looking for a RV for a long time. We have been to Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri. Thank goodness we finally found VOGT. This has been the best experience I have ever had buying anything. These guys are PROS. Friendly, helpful, understanding, fair, and just plain good guys. They actually listen. If you buy an RV any place else you are making a mistake.
I just cannot say enough good things about my experience and the people at VOGT. Everyone I met and talked to was terrific.
I am going to drive the wheels off of this and go buy another one from them.

Recently I purchased a small camper from Vogt RV. With so many options in the area for RVs, I only selected Vogt because I knew of them through Tami Price. I must admit, as one who hates to buy a car almost as much as anything I do, that I was totally surprised by the old-fashioned quality treatment I received and how pleasant the overall experience was.
Primarily I dealt with Greg Robertson. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment you had available and even suggested I consider some options that were not quite available (e.g., the Shasta Retro). He was very straightforward on some of the issues associated with each of the campers I looked at. He did not exert the typical car salesman pressure I had expected to encounter. His response to all my email questions was almost immediate and he treated my family with the same politeness and interest when I brought the group out to see my choice. I also feel like he gave me the best deal that he could. All in all, Greg was the perfect salesperson for me.
And, it was not just the treatment received from Greg that was good. Your receptionist was attentive. When I had to wait for Greg to finish with another client, she would offer water and options of other campers I might view. The one time I had to wait a bit, she checked back a number of times to make sure all was well.
The gentleman who handled the financial paperwork at the end was very patient, answered all my questions, and made some helpful suggestions. Im sorry I cant remember his name.
I thought the kind of treatment I received at your dealership had disappeared. But, like the Shasta Retro it is apparently back at Vogt RV. I wouldnt hesitate recommending that my camping buddies check out your dealership when they are in the market for a new camper.

One year ago we purchased an Jayco Self Contained travel trailer from Vogt and this past week we purchased our second one from you and again the sales staff (Greg Robertson) , financing (Aaron Vogt) and walk thru with Gill was outstanding!!!!!
We can’t begin to express what a great experience this was with Vogt. Our trailer had to come straight from Jayco and Greg was fantastic with keeping us up to date on the progress and delivery date. We tried our new one out this weekend and had a small issue and Gill came to us to fix the issue. My wife and I know why you have been around so long it is because you care about your customers and give them 100%. Consider this a belated ‘thank you’ for hosting the Tiffin Owner Rally last month. As the proud owner of a 2012 Breeze I purchased from Race in April, 2012, this was my second rally, and an enjoyable event it was. It was certainly worth the drive from my hometown of San Antonio.
The entire Vogt staff was very accommodating, the owners I visited worth were great and the food, seminars and entertainment were top-notch. That Bob Tiffin offered to cover an out-of-warranty repair for me was the icing on the cake. The only way this event could have been any better would have been if Race had offered to trade me even for a 2014 Breeze!
Thanks again for your hospitality. Im looking forward to the next rally. In the meantime, I intend to keep breezin along in my Breeze. - David

Yes, this is the third RV we have purchased from Vogt and we are quite happy. Every sales person we have dealt with has been very knowledgeable forthright and courteous. Trisha especially enjoyed Race Harrell and his candid yet humble candor with her. Whenever there has been a problem with any of our RV’s Vogt service department has gone over and above the call and handled each situation remarkably well. With personnel like Tommy, Brant, and Richard one can see why Vogt RV has such a good nation-wide reputation of being complete, courteous, and caring getting the job done whatever it takes.
Just as an aside Race, they fixed the RV and I went to see Peggy at Haltom Jewelry. She was terrific and corrected the problem with the watch. I must admit it was my operator headspace. Trisha and I observed you to be a good man, honest and willing to confront in a gentlemanly way difficult situations. We appreciate that. Thank you for being a good sport and receiving some teasing. I believe you are capable of not only receiving it but honorably dishing it our in a manner that is fun but doesn’t hurt. We recently purchased a 2012 Crossroads RV from your Ft. Worth location. It has slides on both sides of the unit. Last weekend, I was preparing to clean the roof, and tried to close the Schwintek-type slideout kitchen. It would not close, and I tried all the stuff on the web and in the manual to try to close it. At this point, I was stuck. I couldn’t bring the unit in for service, so I called JJ, my salesman.
JJ says, “sure, I’ll just send someone out to get it taken care of” and Gil Frost came out to the house. He worked a little over an hour, and finally found a loose wire in the system; one, I might add, which escaped both his and my scrutiny the first time around. In the process, Gil taught me about the best lube for the slide and seals; how to work the Schwintek controller in a more advanced fashion than the manual says, and other things that you expect your technician to tell you, but seldom does.
I was most impressed with Gil’s attitude, knowledge and professionalism, as well with JJ’s instant realization of the customer’s problem and finding the fastest pathway to fixing the problem.
I’ve been an RV owner since 1987, and have done business other dealers, and your staff is the best at post-sale customer service I have yet seen.
It’s nice to deal with a company of this type, and you may look forward to my continued business. - Gerry

The coach checked out well and seems to be in very good condition for the year and model. We are learning, as you might expect, all the features and attributes of a vehicle of this size and performance.
We were particularly impressed with Richard, your “instructor” over in the Vogt service department. Richard understood that we were “first time” coach buyers and he took all the time necessary to help us understand the equipment, features and options of every major item. We asked a lot of questions, over the five (5) hours spent from 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM. Richard knew we had a big drive ahead of us, going back to Houston from Ft. Worth, so he even “skipped” or delayed his lunch hour to help us miss the rush hour and busy traffic of your downtown. That was much appreciated.
Bob Tiffin told us about you folks at Vogt, and said you were his oldest sales and service center of all his distributors. He was lavish in his praise of you and your colleagues and I would say he is correct in what he said.
As I told you in our telephone conversation of last week, if we need any major work done on our Phaeton, we will certainly consider taking the time to drive it up to your Ft. Worth service center from Houston for such service. From my walk-through of your Ft. Worth service center and a similar one in Houston, you guys have it all together, no doubt.
Meanwhile, take Richard to lunch and buy him a beer, as he is a huge asset in helping you fellows sell coaches. He left a very positive impression with both Shirley and me. Stay in touch. When we wear this puppy out, we may need a new unit and know where to go. I always suspected that Cow Town had some good people, and now I know it does. - Bill

We bought our 2006 Presidio in May of 2006 from Vogt, this is our 3rd motor home, the other 2 were Winnebagos.
Since then Tom McIntire has been our preferred Service Adviser, always fixing our motor home that had some unusual problems.
This past month Tom, Gerry(parts), and Kim(in parts) have gone above the service that we experienced before. We had been e-mailing Tom during the last month that we needed a service appointment to replace our front air conditioner and some other problems with our motor home. We wanted to replace the 13.5k air conditioner with a new 15k. When Tom ordered the new air conditioner he found out that the Dometic factory in Mexico had burned to the ground in April and that it might take 3-4 weeks to get a new one. We told him how hot it was in our motor home being that we were in Burleson at the time. We had an appointment for June 18 to review the repairs we needed and a June 23 appointment to get everything fixed.
Well lucky for us Kim(in parts) called us on June 8, one week after we ordered the new air conditioner, and told us the new one had arrived. Tom then knew how we were suffering in the heat and set us up with a June 11 appointment. To my surprise they fixed everything wrong with our motor home that day, not just installing the new air conditioner. We would just wanted to let you know how professional and courteous Tom and the other service people have been to us. - John
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your staff members who were involved with the recent repair of our 2010 Skyline Mountain View RV.
This was a very difficult time for my husband and I and unfortunately I was not as polite or understanding as I should have been. I am afraid I was down right rude at times. NOT one of my better moments!
You and your staff were VERY understanding and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with the problems we experienced. You stayed in contact with us and updated my husband and I concerning the progress of the repairs. You were VERY patient with me and my unnecessary pushing and prodding!
I want to thank first and foremost Tom McIntire and Brant McKamie, of Vogt RV and their wonderful maintenance team! They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an RV or needing maintenance work. We were headed out of town on Monday, June 20, when our vent opened and would not close. We had our grandsons, ages five and six, with us and they were restless and wanted to get to “Sea World”! But we could not go anywhere with the vent open.
Ben called and, after several requests to speak with people, finally spoke with Dennis who got us in to have our vent repaired and, at our expense, install a cover to prevent further issues. We were on our way to Sea World and San Antonio soon after we arrived at your service area.

I am writing a short note to sing the praises of Richard in your service department.
We have had at least 25 different RV’s over the years and have dealt with numerous service men in that time. Our experience with Richard has been very professional and courteous. He gave the most thorough inspection of the new coach we have ever had and left no details untouched. Since our purchase in December, we have had issues with the slide out, the headlights not working, the air conditioner not working, and other minor items. He has ALWAYS taken the time to fully troubleshoot these items over the phone and in some cases walked me through a self repair.

From our very first visit everyone we have come across there has been amazing. Your sales staff was very helpful to us from the beginning. They helped us to narrow our decision to the Jayco Jay-Flight G2 model 32 BHDS travel trailer, which suits our every need as a family. When we came out last Friday, Gil was awesome in taking us on the walk-thru, he is very knowledgeable in his field & made everything easy to understand for both of us. Kevin has been great throughout the whole process & was so helpful to us as well. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated Charlie towing the trailer out to the state park for us, he was so kind to both Sandra & I as well. As soon as he unhooked the trailer & left, Sandra & I have been so excited to begin to put things in it over the weekend, enjoying all it’s many comforts & so forth. I can’t tell you how excited & proud we are of your wonderful product. We are looking forward to many years in it. Yesterday I rolled in to your Service Center at 5:10 pm with a lighting malfunction on my vehicle to the trailer.
The service guy called some of your guys on their way back to the shop from a RV show. They were told I would be waiting at the north store when they arrive in about 30 minutes. The guys rolled up about 5:55, and without any hesitation, diagnosed and fixed the problem in 8 minutes. No charge and with big smiles.
You are lucky to have some very good people working for you, and it is evident that you have happy employees who put customers first. The only name I caught was Andy, but the rest of them know who they are. Please recognize their excellent service and cheerful attitudes … after a very long and late day. - Jim

We’d like you to know how much we appreciate the quality service at Vogt RV. One example was our recent experience.
We took our Allegro Bus in for warranty work. There was also a recall for an exhaust heat shield, but Vogt wasn’t doing the recall service at that time. When we picked it up, not only were the warranty items completed, but also the Tiffin recall had been done.
When Tiffin notified us about the recall, we called Tiffin and were told we’d have to take our coach to the San Antonio area for the service. We were delighted that Vogt was able to complete the recall service, saving us a winter trip to the San Antonio area — a wonderful Christmas present!
We appreciate all that Vogt had to do to take on the recall service work. We have taken our coach to other service companies for chassis work and have never been as satisfied as we are with Vogt.
We look forward to the time when Vogt can do our chassis service too. - Carol

Dawn and I want to express to you what an excellent experience we had with Vogt.
We began this search back in the fall and came back two times to visit with Tim and each time even though we didn’t buy and told him we would need to wait he smiled each time and was still willing to answer any questions we had.
It finally paid off and we purchased one and are very happy. We have already used our new “2nd home” and love it. And have reservations for Memorial Day and Labor Day and will get some weekends in between. Tim entrusted us to David and he was awesome and so patient with us. Again it took two trips and two visits with David to finally “finalize” a deal.
Then upon suggestion from David and Tim, we stole some time from Aaron and he also smiled and was patient and went over financing with us and we didn’t have that perfect credit report but he said “lets see what can be done” and it was done. We came and picked up our “2nd home” and Gill also was fantastic and went over everything with us and explained it clearly and asked several times “do you have any questions?”. Very thorough. And then John had to call about a battery question and the person he spoke too was very helpful.
So I think we have covered everyone and what a great experience we had with Vogt and would highly recommend to friends to purchase from Vogt. With customer service lacking in so many areas today it was good to see a company that really cared about their customers. Only one complaint, we didn’t win the gas grill……

We made it home towing our new Airstream Sport yesterday without incidents. We thank you and the Vogt staff who did the “make ready” and held a little school for us on the Sport. We saw a high level of professionalism and competence we have not witnessed in a very long time. It was wonderful and our pleasure to deal with you folks.
We have not used the Sport yet but we love it!!. We like the way it tows and we love the way it looks. Clara’s mother is 93 and lives in Cooks Point TX. Now we can visit her and stay over night in our own home without disrupting Mother’s routine. Today, we’re going to practice “hooking up”and backup up so we have our work cut out for us.

I knew the exact trailer I wanted and searched the internet for best price. Vogt’s price was best in the country. Jeff Bonner was my sales representative and gave me excellent service throughout the process. Conner Sloan, Finance Manager, was very organized and thorough with the paperwork.
