We made it back to Amarillo last night. Just wanted to say the service rep, I cannot remember his name, did a good job on the pdi walk through and addressing my concerns.
Being 350 miles away I wanted some of the issued handled before leaving. I realize it took some additional time which was not planned -

We were headed out of town on Monday, June 20, when our vent opened and would not close. We had our grandsons, ages five and six, with us and they were restless and wanted to get to “Sea World”! But we could not go anywhere with the vent open.
